This whole cancer thing was kind of crazy for me at first. It was really scary and frightening and now it still is, but it's lightened up a little. We all know that Mom will get though this and we will get through this together.
Ben and I have been spending a lot of time together lately because Mom has been at the doctor's office a lot. I'm not complaining very much. I'm worried about Mom, but I'd rather be sitting here waiting for them to come home than sitting in the doctor's office.
We are starting to know a lot about breast cancer and like my mom said, "The boys will know more about breast anatomy than they ever wanted to know." That is very true.
